October 17, 2006 – Rotary Notes

Words from the Top:
/bigger>
/fontfamily>Last week our speaker gave us an
update on the future of Washtenaw
County's wireless internet project. This was great
news for those of us
who don't live in an area serviced by a high speed
internet connection
or in Webster Township.
As of the end of the meeting last week we had eight
people signed up for
the November 2nd meeting at IKEA. Please invite your
friends and family
to attend with you. This should be a nice evening
for our shoppers.
We have a board meeting next Tuesday, October 24,
2006. The meeting
will be in the conference room at UBT starting at
7:30am.
Thanks,
Fred

IKEA Field Trip: Mark your calendar for
Thursday, November 2. There will be no breakfast
meeting that morning. Instead we will meet at IKEA
in the evening. If you’ve never been to IKEA then
you won’t believe how much fun you can have in a
furniture store. The food is awesome too! Be sure to
invite family and friends to this special evening
and reserve your spots on the sign-up sheet at the
meeting Thursday so Brian and Lennart can make our
arrangements with the management there./fontfamily>
