June 13, 2007 – Rotary Notes
/bigger>/bigger>/bigger>/fontfamily>
Wow! Another week gone
already!
In case you missed the meeting last week, our first
speaker at Terry B's, Alicia Davis, gave us a
glimpse into the specialized world of prosthetics.
Alicia works with amputees at the University
Hospital. She had some truly inspiring stories to
share about how her work has changed lives.
This week we'll hear from Greg Meyer who will tell
us about the Boston Marathon.
Remember to BRING YOUR MONEY for Presidents' Night.
$15/Rotarian and $20/guest.
Our food drive ends this Saturday. Please clean out
your cupboards and bring your donations of
non-perishable food to one of the drop boxes OR
bring it to our meeting and someone will take care
of it.
Needed: Croquet set to borrow for Presidents' Night.
See Lori.
I hope you enjoy this photo of the Rotary bus that
was sponsored by Ann Arbor North, Briarwood and
others. If you're lucky, you may see it driving
around Ann Arbor.
